Bay point apartment community is a quiet, spacious community set in the middle of a wooded area, giving the property a tropical feel. You can talk a nature walk on the property and may encounter some of the native wildlife that Florida has to offer. Although we are an all age community, many of our residents are retired, giving our complex a laid back type of environment. 

Most of our 112 units are duplex style apartments with nobody above or below you. We also have two 2 story buildings with larger units for families. Most units have a washer and dryer hook-up  and we also have a laundry facility on site for your convenience. Many units have been upgraded to wood floors and a two tone paint adds a modern feel to the unit.
